From the Paso Robles wine region, Fossil Point 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon includes a splash of Merlot to soften the wine. Produced from sustainably grown grapes sourced from the ancient oyster-shell soils in Paso Robles. Dry, full-bodied and concentrated with blackberry, plum, savoury herbs, olive, mint and dark spice flavours plushy on the palate. Enjoy it with a smoked and slow-braised beef brisket.
