91 Pts Neal Martin - Robert Parker's Wine Advocate	The 2016 Moulin A Vent Reine de Nuit comes from 40-year-old goblet vines with whole bunch maceration. The name comes from the fact that the vines are picked at night in order to preserve the freshness, since the SO4 rootstock tends to be quite vigorous and pushes ripeness forward. It has a superb bouquet with impressive definition: raspberry, damp undergrowth and a touch of smoke. The palate is medium-bodied with slightly grainy tannin. There is indeed plenty of freshness here thanks to the acidity, quite structured with a focused, slightly leafy finish. There is very good complexity here, and the aftertaste lingers for over a minute in the mouth.

91 Pts Wine Enthusiast	Harvested at night to keep freshness, this wine comes from 35-year-old vines. It has a fruity character, bright with red-cherry acidity and a rounded, smooth texture. The edge of tannins and intense acidity make it a food wine. Drink from mid-2018.

Juicy and energetic in style, offering gently sweet black raspberry, cherry and floral pastille flavors that deepen slowly on the back half. Shows very good focus and spicy lift on the finish, which is shaped by supple, even tannins.

"The origins of the name âReine de Nuitâ or âQueen of the Nightâ comes from the fact that the vines are picked at night in order to preserve the freshness of the grapes, as their particular rootstock is quite vigorous and pushes ripeness forward.

Deep garnet color. Bursting with ripe, black fruity notes, hints of kirsch enhanced by candied orange peel and praline. The notes expressed in the bouquet are reflected on the palate. Beautiful purity, creamy, fleshy mouth feel, and a good tannic structure with silky tannins. Pleasant to drink now, but also ages very well." - Importer
