"A rich red in color, the 2013 Willowbrook Cellars Kastania Vineyard Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir has nuanced aromas of dark berries and violets. On the palate the wine reveals bright red cherry and plum alongside complex tobacco and truffle flavors with a hint of pine. Well-defined yet balanced tannins lead into a lingering finish of more red fruit, subtle nutmeg and vanilla, a product of the wine being aged in premium French oak barrels.
