Please note, orders are processed on a first come basis. If you leave the wine in your cart for even a few minutes it might have already sold out as our stock quantity is removed when you submit the order in final, not when you add it to your cart!
You will get two emails from us with regards to your order. The first email from us only confirms that we received your order. The second email will confirm that we have enough wine to fill your order. Due to the high volume of sales there are times when the wine has sold out, but our system is still updating and shows it as available. We're sorry for any inconvenience and will do what we can to fill your order!
Thanks to your feedback we might bring back some of Cinderella Wine's popular previous offers. If a wine makes another appearance here, this newer offer will always be slightly higher than the original one. Offers that are on the site on Friday through Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

"Along the same lines, the smoking good 2011 Chateauneuf du Pape Tradition is a blend of 60% Grenache, 35% Syrah and 5% Mourvedre, from 50-to-80-year-old vines, with the Grenache and Mourvedre aged all in concrete and the Syrah in 2-to-6-year-old barrels. Knockout stuff, with sweet black currants, cassis, licorice, pepper and wild herbs, this full-bodied, supple and seamlessly textured beauty will drink nicely through 2021. Drink now-2021." (10/13) |
90 Pts Wine Spectator |
"This features a saturated feel, showing steeped plum and blackberry fruit, layered with pastis, charcoal and spice cake. Delivers a fleshy, polished finish. Drink now through 2023. 300 cases imported. -JM" (11/13) |
88-90 Pts Josh Raynolds - Vinous Media |
"Vivid red. Spicy raspberry and cherry aromas are complicated by suggestions of pungent herbs and flowers. Broad, sappy red berry flavors pack serious punch and are lifted by a refreshingly bitter blood orange quality. Finishes with gentle sweetness, soft tannins and a tangy white pepper note." (02/13) |
Description:
WINERY:
"The 'domaine' saw the light of day thanks to Pierre and Mireille Giraud's zeal and two families coming together. The story begins in 1974 when Pierre and Mireille, as their parents did before them, took on 4 hectares (10 acres) of vines. Little by little the Domaine has grown through years exclusively on the appellation. In 1998, Pierre was ready to pass on his love of the vine and wine to his children. Marie and Francois took on the estate hand-in-hand. Under their parents' watchful eye, they devoted themselves to tending vines and winemaking. They focused their efforts on selecting parcel by parcel, doing minimal treatments, upgrading their cellar to make finer and finer wines while respecting family traditions. Francois tries hard to tend each parcel and variety respecting the 'terroir' as much as possible, that alchemy nature provides us with, to fully express our grapes' full character." -Importer
WINE NOTES:
"Vineyards: Sourced from estate owned vineyards across the appellation. Age of Vines: 60-80 years old, aging: 12-18 months in tank for Grenache & Mourvedre and barrique for Syrah." -Winery
