"Harvested at night to guarantee the grapes arrive in perfect condition to our winemaking facility, the destemmed grapes are then cold macerated and fermented. Once malolactic fermentation concludes, the resulting wine is aged in American oak barriques. 12 months of aging in American White Oak (Ohio and Missouri)." - Winery
