Please note, orders are processed on a first come basis. If you leave the wine in your cart for even a few minutes it might have already sold out as our stock quantity is removed when you submit the order in final, not when you add it to your cart!
You will get two emails from us with regards to your order. The first email from us only confirms that we received your order. The second email will confirm that we have enough wine to fill your order. Due to the high volume of sales there are times when the wine has sold out, but our system is still updating and shows it as available. We're sorry for any inconvenience and will do what we can to fill your order!
Thanks to your feedback we might bring back some of Cinderella Wine's popular previous offers. If a wine makes another appearance here, this newer offer will always be slightly higher than the original one. Offers that are on the site on Friday through Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
Best Price on Web is determined by Wine-Searcher Pro prices as of yesterday: Wine Library sells this for our sale price of $29.98. There is one other store that sells this wine for $31.95. You must be logged into the Pro Version of Wine Searcher to see all of the results. Please note, we are not taking virtual inventory into account.
Free shipping on orders of 3 bottles or more!

"Lots of fine structure in this Chardonnay, with crisp acidity, minerals and even some firm tannins giving a framework to the tangerine and smoky oak flavors. Feels tight and elegant in the mouth. Drink this upscale Chard with rich fare, like ahi tuna and steamed lobster with drawn butter. -SH" (12/11) |
Description:
Wine/Winemaking:
"Pale Yellow, this wine is high-toned and has a beautiful nose packed with petrol, white flowers, and yeasty notes. The palate is framed by wet stone minerality with melon, lime zest, and pineapple. The rich finish has subtle oak, hazelnut, and toast. Drink now-2015."
"The Los Alamos Vineyard is nestled in a valley on a south facing hillside right in between Santa Maria, Santa Ynez, and the Sta. Rita Hills. Often overlooked, the vineyards around the town of Los Alamos are now home to some of Santa Barbara County's best spots for Rhone varietals as well as some great older plantings of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. This property was planted in the 70's, and the chardonnay is in soil that is so sandy that the road to this block needs to be 'reshaped' after a big rain! This grapes for this wine were picked with almost perfect chemistry and very low yields. This wine was aged in 25% new French oak, and had a long primary and Malo-lactic fermentation (about 5 months). It stayed on the lees for almost 15 months when it was racked and blended, then put back in barrel for bottling at 19 months." - Winery
