Please note, orders are processed on a first come basis. If you leave the wine in your cart for even a few minutes it might have already sold out as our stock quantity is removed when you submit the order in final, not when you add it to your cart!
You will get two emails from us with regards to your order. The first email from us only confirms that we received your order. The second email will confirm that we have enough wine to fill your order. Due to the high volume of sales there are times when the wine has sold out, but our system is still updating and shows it as available. We're sorry for any inconvenience and will do what we can to fill your order!
Thanks to your feedback we might bring back some of Cinderella Wine's popular previous offers. If a wine makes another appearance here, this newer offer will always be slightly higher than the original one. Offers that are on the site on Friday through Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

"More perfumed and edgy than the '07, the 2009 Domaine de Boede Coteaux du Languedoc Les Gres, a similar blend and elevage, is vibrant and beautifully defined, showing pure raspberry and licorice drenched blackberry fruits that are intermixed with solid floral, garrigue, wet stone, mineral, and asphalt like notes on the nose. While not showing the richness of the '07, this shines more for its purity and focus, delivering a full bodied, powerful, yet almost elegant feel, impressive balance, and a long, meaty, and slightly heady finish. Needing plenty of air, this substantial red should age well, most likely evolving positively for 2-3 years, and drinking well through 2025." (03/11) |

"Domaine de Boede's 2009 Coteaux du Languedoc La Clape Les Gres - from meticulously-sorted Mourvedre, Grenache, Syrah, and Carignan - was vinified and aged in a mixture of tank and demi-muids. There is a bloody red meatiness to this, along with purple plum, dark cherry, bitter-edged blackberry and huckleberry. For all of its fullness and its considerable underlying tannin, ample fresh fruit and invigorating salinity render this anything but ponderous or muscle-bound. The finish here is a real gusher and the delights of this impressive Boede bottling apt to persist for at least 6-8 years." (06/11) |
Description:
"Domaine de Boede is a 25ha property that was in the Arnaud family for several generations. As a big fan of their vineyard sites, Jean Paux-Rosset, their neighbor and the owner of Chateau de la Negly, leased them until 2006. When he finally convinced the Arnauds to sell, he became the outright owner of Domaine de Boede. Made at Chateau de la Negly by the same exceptional team of winemakers, Didier Lacreu and Claude Gros, these wines receive the same care and meticulous attention that is given to the Chateau de la Negly wines. The vineyards are in the La Clape AOP, and are identified by their close proximity to the Mediterranean with their weathered sandstone soils of gravel and chalk. The grapes are hand-sorted, berry by berry, after they are de-stemmed by a triple sorting table team of 12 people." - Importer
