Please note, orders are processed on a first come basis. If you leave the wine in your cart for even a few minutes it might have already sold out as our stock quantity is removed when you submit the order in final, not when you add it to your cart!
You will get two emails from us with regards to your order. The first email from us only confirms that we received your order. The second email will confirm that we have enough wine to fill your order. Due to the high volume of sales there are times when the wine has sold out, but our system is still updating and shows it as available. We're sorry for any inconvenience and will do what we can to fill your order!
Thanks to your feedback we might bring back some of Cinderella Wine's popular previous offers. If a wine makes another appearance here, this newer offer will always be slightly higher than the original one. Offers that are on the site on Friday through Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
Best Price on Web is determined by Wine-Searcher Pro prices as of yesterday: Wine Library sells this for our sale price of $49.99. There are 2 other stores that sell this wine from $48.99 to $64.99. Description:
Wine:
"The Camerano "Terlo Gold Label" Barolo is quintessential, classic Barolo with aromas of roses and tar, followed by flavors of dark berries, licorice, forest floor characters, truffles, violets and exotic spices. It is expansive on the palate with great complexity, depth of flavor and fine, noble tannins." - Winery
Producer:
"The Camerano winery is located in the heart of the "Old Langa" region, within the village of Barolo. Founded in 1875, Camerano is the second oldest wine producer within the commune of Barolo. The family has been producing traditional, classic Piemontese wines for 5 generations on their estate-owned vineyards."
"Using time honored, ultra-traditional methods, handed down from one generation to the next, the Camerano family has remained out of the limelight producing and selling wines only locally, at their cellar door, and to private customers in Italy. With the 1995 vintage, the daughter Francesca took charge of marketing and son Vittorio stepped into the wine making position, and the family looked to begin exporting small quantities of their wine for the first time."
"From extreme, low yield vines, the Camerano Barolos spend ten to fifteen days macerating and are aged in old 25, 30 and 50 hectolitre barrels. The Camerano Barolos are always "young" compared to the other Barolos of the same age, as their wines need time and patience to develop. On entering the cellars, tradition-conscious visitors are immediately struck by the oak casks, the equipment from days gone by, and the labels showing historic vintages of Camerano wines." - Importer
