"Corvina-Rondinella-Corvinone. Colour: garnet red. Scent: delicate, intense and etheral. Taste: velvety, harmonious, dry and pleasant tannins. It matches with roasted and grilled meat, in particular with game. Serve preferably at 20 degrees Celsius and uncork a few hours before."
"The farm, a property of our family since 1870 is located at Marano 350 m.a.s.l. in a particulary glorious area, whose red and compact soil on basalts has an excellent exposure and composition suitable for the production of grapes giving peculiar characteristics and scent to the wine." -Winery
VINIFICATION:
"Beginning of October by selective hand-harvesting and transport of intact grapes. Soft pressing and picking grapes from the bunch, traditional fermentation with local yeasts. Controlled temperature of fermentation and refermentation of the new wine on the marcs of Recioto Amarone (according to an ancient local custom). Refining time in oak casks for 2 years." -Winery
