Cinderella Wine says: Product Details:
This wine is on presale and will automatically ship on Tuesday 12/6!

Please note, orders are processed on a first come basis. If you leave the wine in your cart for even a few minutes it might have already sold out as our stock quantity is removed when you submit the order in final, not when you add it to your cart!

You will get two emails from us with regards to your order. The first email from us only confirms that we received your order. The second email will confirm that we have enough wine to fill your order. Due to the high volume of sales there are times when the wine has sold out, but our system is still updating and shows it as available. We're sorry for any inconvenience and will do what we can to fill your order!

Thanks to your feedback we might bring back some of Cinderella Wine's popular previous offers. If a wine makes another appearance here, this newer offer will always be slightly higher than the original one. Offers that are on the site on Friday through Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

90 Pts Wine Spectator

"A black pepper aroma leads to black cherry and blackberry flavors in this round red. Has solid tannins and a lively profile, so give it a few years to regain its balance. Best from 2011 through 2018. 1,541 cases made. -BS" 90 points Wine Spectator

WINE:
"The vineyard site is 4.76 hectares and the soil is hard limestone enriched with marl. The wine is aged 12-15 months in oak barrels (20% new wood), followed by 5 months finishing in stainless-steel bulk tanks prior to bottling."

"Deep purple colour, nose dense and powerful with aromas of ripe fruit and spices. Mouth ample and tender with delicate tannins. This wine can age up to 15-20 years. To be drunk with red meat (roast, grilled or marinated). This Santenay rouge Premier Cru Gravières will also suit all high-flavoured cheeses." -Winery

WINERY:
"Impossible to miss, the small jewel of Domaine Jessiaume sits welcomingly at the entrance to the tiny spa town of Santenay. Built in 1850, it comprises over 37 acres, with a large plot in Santenay, important holdings in the Premiers Crus Auxey Duresses Les Ecusseaux and Volnay Les Brouillards vineyards, and a terrific section of the Cent Vignes vineyard, just behind the city of Beaune. The Jessiaumes are, in fact, the biggest landowners in Santenay."

"Even after five generations the business is still operated and managed by the Jessiaume family. Today that responsibly rest with brothers Marc and Pascal. They aim to follow the traditions of the previous generations, combined with modern techniques. They wish to create wines with elegance and finesse with supple and well integrated tannins. The Jessiaume Philosophy centers on great respect for the environment, organic practices and low yields." -Winery
