Please note, orders are processed on a first come basis. If you leave the wine in your cart for even a few minutes it might have already sold out as our stock quantity is removed when you submit the order in final, not when you add it to your cart!

You will get two emails from us with regards to your order. The first email from us only confirms that we received your order. The second email will confirm that we have enough wine to fill your order. Due to the high volume of sales there are times when the wine has sold out, but our system is still updating and shows it as available. We're sorry for any inconvenience and will do what we can to fill your order!

Thanks to your feedback we might bring back some of Cinderella Wine's popular previous offers. If a wine makes another appearance here, this newer offer will always be slightly higher than the original one. Offers that are on the site on Friday through Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

90 Pts Jay Miller - Robert Parker's Wine Advocate

"The 2005 Pinuaga Tempranillo was aged for 14 months in 45% new French and American 300-liter barrels. Inky purple, it delivers an expressive perfume of toasty oak, mineral, pencil lead, and blackberry. This leads to a medium to full-bodied, firmly structured, reticent wine with outstanding potential. Still a bit tightly wound, it should blossom nicely with another 3-5 years of bottle age and drink well through 2020." -90+ Points - Jay Miller - Wine Advocate

WINE:
"This is our top of the line wine. Crafted with our oldest and more special vineyards, our 35+ year old; un-grafted (PIE FRANCO) vines (unique in our region). Annual production is 30.000 bottles. Predominant red fruit aromas, well assembled with notes of elegant violet and slightly pepper spiced. Decant the wine; as many good wines, it likes to “breathe” in the glass to show all its aromas; Food matches: Red meats, all sorts of stews and blue fish." -Winery

VITICULTURE:
"The vineyards are planted in the ribera of the Riansares river at 750 meters above sea level, in clay-limestone soils. Conduction system: Bush planted. Yields: 3.500 kg/ha. Grown under under sustainable methods, only using natural products in our land." -Winery

VINIFICATION:
"Hand-harvested and manual grape selection. Wine is pre-macerated at low temperatures during 5 days in small stainless tanks of 10.000 liters. Alcoholic fermentation is performed using indigenous natural yeasts.Natural stabilization in oak barrels. 12 months in new French & American 300 liter Barrels." -Winemaker

ESTATE:
"At Bodegas Pinuaga we have been crafting wine for more than 200 years. Our wines offer a singular taste and style; they achieve a satisfying balance by synthesising modernity and tradition. Our small estate is located amidst heirloom vineyards, where we strike a delicate balance between artisan care of the vineyard, innovation in cellar techniques and natural winemaking." -Winery
