Cinderella Wine says: Product Details:
Please note, orders are processed on a first come basis. If you leave the wine in your cart for even a few minutes it might have already sold out as our stock quantity is removed when you submit the order in final, not when you add it to your cart!

You will get two emails from us with regards to your order. The first email from us only confirms that we received your order. The second email will confirm that we have enough wine to fill your order. Due to the high volume of sales there are times when the wine has sold out, but our system is still updating and shows it as available. We're sorry for any inconvenience and will do what we can to fill your order!

Thanks to your feedback we might bring back some of Cinderella Wine's popular previous offers. If a wine makes another appearance here, this newer offer will always be slightly higher than the original one. Offers that are on the site on Friday through Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

Best Price on Web is determined by Wine-Searcher Pro prices as of yesterday: Wine Library sells this for our sale price of $21.99. There are 9 other stores that sell this from $21.74 to $32. You must be logged into the Pro Version of Wine Searcher to see all of the results!

Free Shipping on orders of 4 bottles or more!

90 Pts Wine Enthusiast

"Tight and compact with pristine aromas of peach, citrus and sourdough, this vibrant sparkling Brut would pair with shellfish and oysters. There are linear mineral notes at the back but the wine is fresh and tart in the mouth." -90 points Wine Enthusiast (June 2010)

WINE:
"Chardonnay (80%), Pinot Nero (10%), Pinot Bianco (10%). Franciacorta Brut as vibration of light, as movement and transformation. Little bubbles that transmit joy and transgression. An explosion of sensations giving pleasure and colour to life. Man plays the leading role, with his thoughts and plans. With his interpretation of the land explored in all its most traditional varieties, that come together in the glass, with their excesses refined and in their virtues enhanced."

"White flowers in the bouquet, which advances freshly and brightly, with enveloping fruity notes and hints of aniseed, nougat and honey. This freshness is felt again in the palate, which is tangy, full and plump. It is the childhood recollection of candied peel, the alchemic pleasure of warm spicy notes that blend in the finish with accents of liquorice and cinnamon. It is the joyous suggestion of taste and smell sensations, perceived with the eyes." -Winery

VINIFICATION:
"Age of the vines is 15 years old. Harvest takes place from August 20 to 6 September 2005. The grapes are soft pressed, with cold static settling and selected yeast inoculation. Fermentation takes place over 20 days in stainless tanks and finishes with partial malolactic fermentation. This is refined for 7 months part in stainless tanks and part in barriques." -Winery
