We're sorry for any inconvenience and will do what we can to fill your order!

Thanks to your feedback we might bring back some of Cinderella Wine's popular previous offers. If a wine makes another appearance here, this newer offer will always be slightly higher than the original one. Offers that are on the site on Friday through Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

93 Pts Wine Spectator

"A very ripe style, with apple pie and honey on the nose. Intense and full-bodied, with an almost sweet palate. A late-harvest style. Dense and powerful. Drink now. 800 cases made." -93 Points - Wine Spectator

VITICULTURE:
"The steep slopes of Monte Foscarino are of volcanic origin and provide the vineyards with excellent exposure to the sun. Its unique microclimate produces the exceptionally high quality grapes used to make the Soave Superior DOCG Classico "Foscarin Slavinus". Further, the vineyards are pruned by 40% to obtain the best quality." -Winery

VINIFICATION:
"After hand-picking, the grapes undergo soft pressing and maceration with the skins for 24 hours at 5 °C.Fermentation lasts for at least 36 hours, after which the wine is slowly poured from the tap and finishes fermentation in large 50 hl tonneau. The wine matures in stainless steel tanks for about 1 year and ages in bottles 3 months before going onto the market." -Winemaker

WINE:
"Clear yellow with gold highlights; strong character and extraordinary balance; a powerful and lingering fruity bouquet laced with scents of peach blossom; pleasing finish." -Winery

ESTATE:
"In the hills of Soave the vine-grower, Gino Magnabosco, together with his family, carry on this very passion that traditions have handed down. Just like skilled craftsmen, they carefully and conscientiously follow all the production phases: from the wine to the bottle. They are attentive to any new improvement in grape-producing technology in order to guarantee wine of the best quality at all times to represent the area in which it is produced." -Winery
