The second email will confirm that we have enough wine to fill your order. Due to the high volume of sales there are times when the wine has sold out, but our system is still updating and shows it as available. We're sorry for any inconvenience and will do what we can to fill your order!
Thanks to your feedback we might bring back some of Cinderella Wine's popular previous offers. If a wine makes another appearance here, this newer offer will always be slightly higher than the original one. Offers that are on the site on Friday through Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

94 Pts Jay Miller - Robert Parker's Wine Advocate |
"The 2005 John Speke GSM is composed of 50% Grenache, 30% Shiraz, and 20% Mourvedre. Grapes were sourced from vines ranging in age from 60 to 100 years located near Nuriootpa. The nose features notes of spice box, damp earth, truffle, kirsch, black raspberry, and blueberry muffin. Velvety-textured and elegant on the palate, the wine offers serious depth and concentration, gobs of red and black fruits, and a long, pure finish. Drink this hedonistic effort over the next 12-15 years. (Oct. 2007)" -94 points- Jay Miller- Wine Advocate |
Description:
Also Reviewed By Robert Parker in October 2006:
"The compelling 2005 GSM John Spekeââ¬â¢s blue/purple color is accompanied by gorgeous aromas of graphite, camphor, blueberries, blackberries, and acacia flowers. Dense, full-bodied, and rich, with extraordinary purity and precision, it was aged completely in French oak. It should drink well for 10-15 years." -96 Points Robert Parker
"Smooth and full of personality, this has an earthy tobacco halo around deep-toned flavors of blackberry, tar and crushed violet, lingering against mildly chewy tannins. Needs time to fully express itself. Grenache, Shiraz and Mourvedre. Best from 2010 through 2015. 500 cases made." -92 points Wine Spectator
"Ruby-red. Earthy, mineral-accented red fruits on the nose, with a delicate cracked pepper quality. Vibrant acidity lifts the dark berry flavors, while velvety tannins add gentle grip. Finishes with bright red berry and cherry flavors and vibrant spicy overtones." -90 points- Josh Raynolds- International Wine Cellar
WINE:
"The classic mix of Grenache, Shiraz, and Mourvedre are found in this Single Vineyard to the North-west of Nuriotpa. The craggy vines range in age from 60 to 100 years old and hug the brow of a rise with only an old collapsing hayshed for company. The grapes are green harvested, then picked at full ripeness to produce this deep, intense GSM." -Importer
VINIFICATION:
"Blocks are vinified separately in small oak vats, equipped with temperature control. Extraction techniques during and after primary fermentation include rotation pumping and punch-downs; the post-fermentation maceration period may be up to four weeks depending on tasting and the wine is run off into new French oak barrels for the malolactic fermentation." -Importer
