Please note, orders are processed on a first come basis. If you leave the wine in your cart for even a few minutes it might have already sold out as our stock quantity is removed when you submit the order in final, not when you add it to your cart!
You will get two emails from us with regards to your order. The first email from us only confirms that we received your order. The second email will confirm that we have enough wine to fill your order. Due to the high volume of sales there are times when the wine has sold out, but our system is still updating and shows it as available. We're sorry for any inconvenience and will do what we can to fill your order!
Thanks to your feedback we might bring back some of Cinderella Wine's popular previous offers. If a wine makes another appearance here, this newer offer will always be slightly higher than the original one. Offers that are on the site on Friday through Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

Description:
VINEYARDS:
"This wine is selected from the best plots associated with the oldest vines (aged 20-40 years). The fruit comes from a 15 hectare vineyard, 2/3 of which is gravelly soil and 1/3 of which is limestone-clay. The vineyards are green harvested and leaf thinning is done as well to ensure sun exposure."
VINIFICATION:
"During the harvest, the grapes undergo sorting, eliminating all green and under-ripe berries. The grapes undergo a long maceration for 3 weeks to a month. During this time, there are 2 pumping overs a day in temperature controlled stainless steel vats. The wine is aged for 15 months in 45% new Allier oak." -Winery; translated by KM
WINERY:
"The name 'Tour des Termes' comes from an ancient tower that is located near the Termes parcel. This wine, a modest cru, but already noted as a 'cru bourgeois' in 1893, belonged to Monsieur Bernard of Chateau du Parc...In 1939 he sold Tour des Termes' lands (without the chateau) to Pierre Anney, a young winemaker who wanted to create his own domaine separate from his parents'..." -Winery; translated by KM
This wine also scored 85-86 points by Robert Parker.
