Please note, orders are processed on a first come basis. If you leave the wine in your cart for even a few minutes it might have already sold out as our stock quantity is removed when you submit the order in final, not when you add it to your cart!

You will get two emails from us with regards to your order. The first email from us only confirms that we received your order. The second email will confirm that we have enough wine to fill your order. Due to the high volume of sales there are times when the wine has sold out, but our system is still updating and shows it as available. We're sorry for any inconvenience and will do what we can to fill your order!

Thanks to your feedback we might bring back some of Cinderella Wine's popular previous offers. If a wine makes another appearance here, this newer offer will always be slightly higher than the original one. Offers that are on the site on Friday through Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

93 Pts Wine Spectator

"Lots of tangy, briary red and black cherry fruit runs through this structured version, with dashes of mineral, dark olive and coffee. Tight on the finish, with hints of toast and red licorice showing now, but the minerality and acidity are there for cellaring. Best from 2008 through 2020. 580 cases made." -93 points Wine Spectator

"Ruby-red. Exotic, expressive blackberry, mulberry and candied cherry aromas are seductively accented by Asian spices and cracked pepper. Firm, gently tannic and deep in dark berry flavor, opening with aeration and gaining sweetness on the finish. There's just enough tannin here for structure but this sexy wine is all about lush, spicy fruit." -93 points- Josh Raynolds- International Wine Cellar

"The 2004 Cote Rotie Les Grandes Places is relatively soft, fleshy, and surprisingly fat and opulent for a wine from this vintage. Deep ruby/purple with wonderful floral, black cherry, and pain grille notes as well as hints of licorice and spice, it should drink nicely for 10-12 years." -90 points Robert Parker

WINE:
"The wine comes from a 1.4 hectares vineyard called 'LES GRANDES-PLACES.' The soil is Mica schists, with a south-south east exposure. One-quarter of the vines are more than 80 years old, 1/2 more than 40 years old, 1/4 more than 20 years old. The harvest date was September 20, 2004. The grapes are macerated for a period of 35 days. Aging is done in new barrels for 24 months. Malolactic fermentation is done out of barrel." -Winery
