"I also tasted the 2015 Reserva Malbec, from a cooler year, which should be reflected in the wine, but surprisingly it's not that different from the 2014, which showed exceptionally fresh and balanced, especially as they had just purchased the vineyard. In 2015, they harvested a little later for logistical reasons and the wine shows riper than I'd have expected. In fact, I find the 2014 slightly fresher. In 2015, he was able to produce some 30,000 bottles." |
