What started as a tiny micro winery making 300 cases a year has now become a larger and more significant project, with multiple different styles and bottlings of wine. The Proprietary Red is a Left Bank Bordeaux Blend that is bright with fruit flavors, but still full bodied and structured like a classic Napa Red.
A big fruity red with nice grippy tannins; a dream with charcuterie.
