"The plot is south of the appellation, it is exposed East, and enjoys good sunshine and good drainage because it is very stony. The hard limestone rock outcrops on this hill where we farm five parcels, making a total of 2.14 hectares of Pinot Noir. The vines have different ages 10, 25, and 40 years.

In this part of the appellation, we produce very aromatic wines that are more characterized by finesse and subtlety than by power. The notes of fruit evolve towards the undergrowth, the consistency on the palate is supple, fresh, with fine tannins supported by a barrel aging controlled. It is on the length in the mouth that the terroir expresses itself." (Translated) - Winery
