"Fresh pineapple and white peach aromas with just a slight hint of lemongrass waft from the glass as this lovely, ripe Sauvignon Blanc opens aromatically. Intense flavors of bright fruit and a dry, very slightly creamy texture create a palate impression that is both refreshing and mouth-filling. The finish is completely dry, with clean mineral notes and lingering flavors of lemon zest. Aged on lees in a combination of stainless steel and neutral oak barrels, the flavor spectrum has enough base notes of toast and vanilla to present as a wine that can pair with a broad array of entrees. 374 cases produced.
