"40% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Cabernet Franc. Deep black-red in color, with earth, complex aromas in which notes of copse and warm stone mingle with fine leather and sun-warmed plums: classy and refined. It's deep, dark, vivid and long on the palate, with supple yet ample tannins; the bright fruits shade into laurel and thyme, and that warm-stone finesse is there on the finish. Beautifully crafted Bolgheri. 2018-2030."

"The Seggio river is the largest watercourse in the municipality of Castagneto Carducci. This Bolgheri Rosso is produced with typical grape varieties, carefully harvested and vinified to ensure density and concentration but also to create a very fresh and easy-drinking style of wine.

Il Seggio is an intense ruby red color. The nose offers nice fresh and crunchy fruit, enriched with mineral and spicy notes. The palate is medium bodied with red berry notes. The tannins are elegant, silky, enveloping and very soft. The finish is precise, clean and lively." - Winery
