Exotically perfumed aromas of white peach, melon, honey and white flowers, with a hint of green almond in the background. Fleshy and smooth on the palate, offering juicy orchard and pit fruit flavors and a touch of candied fig. A steely mineral quality adds lift and bite to the finish, which hangs on with excellent tenacity and suave florality. There are precious few all-Pinot Blanc Champagnes out there and this one make a pretty strong case for the concept--or conceit." January 2015.

"The NV Notes Blanches Brut Nature is 100% barrel-fermented Pinot Blanc that's entirely based on the 2010 vintage, and was disgorged in November 2015 with no dosage. The wine reveals great purity and freshness on the nose, as well as on the palate, which also shows a great elegance and finesse. The finish is very salty and pure, and almost austere, but there is so much finesse and excellent pear fruit. It has a persistent and salty finish. There is good grip and complexity combined with lightness in this Champagne. Drink: 2016 - 2024." June 2016
