Cinderella Wine says: Product Details:
Please note, orders are processed on a first come basis. If you leave the wine in your cart for even a few minutes it might have already sold out as our stock quantity is removed when you submit the order in final, not when you add it to your cart!

You will get two emails from us with regards to your order. The first email from us only confirms that we received your order. The second email will confirm that we have enough wine to fill your order. Due to the high volume of sales there are times when the wine has sold out, but our system is still updating and shows it as available. We're sorry for any inconvenience and will do what we can to fill your order!

Thanks to your feedback we might bring back some of Cinderella Wine's popular previous offers. If a wine makes another appearance here, this newer offer will always be slightly higher than the original one. Offers that are on the site on Friday through Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

Best Price on Web is determined by Wine-Searcher prices as of yesterday: Wine Library sells this for our sale price of $44.99. We are the best and only price on the web. Please note, we are not taking virtual inventory into account.

Free shipping on orders of 4 bottles or more!
Please Note it may take 24-48 hours for your order to be put together for store pickup. You'll get an email when it's ready for pick up.

95 Pts James Halliday - Australian Wine Companion

"Has a little more depth to the color than its sibling; the distinctly complex bouquet and palate both reflect the higher whole bunch contribution, with meaty, spicy aromas, and a rich, deep palate with red and black fruits supported by ample soft tannins. A pinot with lots of attitude."

93 Pts Josh Raynolds - Vinous Media

"Light, bright red. High-pitched aromas of fresh red berries, candied rose and five-spice powder, with hints of blood orange and rhubarb emerging with air. Silky, sweet and expansive on the palate, offering potent raspberry liqueur and spicecake flavors enlivened by smoky mineral and floral flourishes. Finishes spicy and very long, with repeating floral character and smooth tannins." December 2015

Description:

"A high altitude vineyard standing at 550m in the Piccidally Valley of the Adelaide Hills. This Steep East facing vineyard with mature vines was planted to a mix of MV6, 114 & 115 clones. This cold location and aspect protect the vines from the afternoon sun resulting in a much later ripening vineyard and provides extraordinary conditions to produce premium Pinot Noir of great elegance, vibrancy and structure.

"The wine was made with extraordinary care, each clone was hand picked and then fermented separately using more traditional winemaking methods, such as the inclusion of a high proportion of whole bunches rather than de-stemming, this required the traditional practice of foot stomping a percentage of the vat to encourage fermentation.

"Older French oak barrels were selected to mature the wine for a period of 9 months to retain the vibrant fruit charters of the vineyard. The best barrels were selected for this limited wine before the wine was gently handled by gravity and without fining or filtration before hand bottling and wax sealing." - Distributor
