Please note, orders are processed on a first come basis. If you leave the wine in your cart for even a few minutes it might have already sold out as our stock quantity is removed when you submit the order in final, not when you add it to your cart!
You will get two emails from us with regards to your order. The first email from us only confirms that we received your order. The second email will confirm that we have enough wine to fill your order. Due to the high volume of sales there are times when the wine has sold out, but our system is still updating and shows it as available. We're sorry for any inconvenience and will do what we can to fill your order!
Thanks to your feedback we might bring back some of Cinderella Wine's popular previous offers. If a wine makes another appearance here, this newer offer will always be slightly higher than the original one. Offers that are on the site on Friday through Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

90 Pts Josh Raynolds - Vinous Media
"(60% hondarrabi beltza and 40% hondarrabi zuri): Light orange-pink. Vibrant aromas of strawberry, orange zest and chalky minerals are complicated by a hint of fresh flowers. Taut and linear on the palate, offering tangy red berry and citrus pith flavors and a touch of white pepper. Nervy and precise on the incisive, mineral-tinged finish, with the strawberry and floral notes repeating."
About the Region
Located in the heart of Getaria, has maintained its dedication to cultivating vines and making txakoli for generations. Back in 1649, the Gipuzkoa Protocol Archives mention Domingo de Etxaniz, linked to growing vines in Getaria. Later he led the modernisation, recognition and creation of the Denomination of origin Getariako Txakolina in 1989.
Txomin Etxaniz has 35 hectares of protected, sloped vineyards in Getaria where we grow two native types of grape; Hondarrabi Zuri (90%) and Hondarrabi Beltza (10%), which are harvested at the start of October and then made into txakoli in our wineries.
The harvesting is done by hand in 20kg boxes at the end of September. This is followed by white vinification at a controlled temperature, pneumatic pressing in an inert atmosphere, then fermenting at a controlled temperature and holding over sediment until it is bottled.
We make three types of wine:
Txomin Etxaniz (txakoli), Eugenia (Fizzy) and Uydi (Late harvest)
