"Bright yellow and straw like with tints of green in colour, this chardonnay is intense with a honey and dehydrated fruit aroma, mixed with dry grass and a touch of tropical fruit avour. To taste it is soft and oily and the effect of the fermentation and its time in French barrels is explicit in its rounded taste on the palate. With typical acidity from the Casablanca Valley and with a persistency classic of a top quality wine, this wine shows mineral characteristics that give its soberness and elegance. " - Winery
