We're sorry for any inconvenience and will do what we can to fill your order!

Thanks to your feedback we might bring back some of Cinderella Wine's popular previous offers. If a wine makes another appearance here, this newer offer will always be slightly higher than the original one. Offers that are on the site on Friday through Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

94+ Pts Jeb Dunnuck - Robert Parker's Wine Advocate

"A brilliant Southern Rhone-like blend of 56% Mourvedre, 38% Syrah and 6% Grenache that was fermented all in concrete and aged in neutral French oak puncheons, the 2010 Collaboration Series VI was made by James Mantone of Syncline Wines. Spectacular, with vividly defined aromas of blackberry, pepper, flowers, underbrush and licorice, it flows onto the palate with lively acidity, polished tannin and an elegant, seamless texture that has no hard edges and an overall classy, refined feel. Already approachable and complex, it will benefit from short-term cellaring and drink nicely for 10-12 years. Drink now-2025." Reviewed June 2013

94 Pts Wine Enthusiast

"This is a marvelous wine, made for Force Majeure by Syncline's James Mantone. A delectable blend of 56% Mourvedre, 38% Syrah, and 6% Grenache, it's a spice rack of aromatics, with flavors of boysenberry and raspberry over crushed rocks. Tight, tart and tangy, it has remarkable depth and density, and should age beautifully for at least a decade." Reviewed November 2013

Description:

"For those of you who know us, it is no secret that we are huge fans of the great wines of the Southern-Rhone. That is why we are proud to welcome this sensational GSM red-blend, crafted by James Mantone of Syncline, to our lineup. Destined to become a classic, this is our statement for terroir-driven, world-class Mourvedre, Grenache, and Syrah from Red Mountain. The Collaboration VI features aromas of pomegranate, dried cranberry, dark plum and Asian spices, with hints of anise and underbrush adding depth. The wine is medium to full-bodied, with flavors that follow the nose and lead to silky, elegant, and exceptionally-balanced mouthfeel. It shows excellent clarity and power on the finish, which is given shape with fine-grained, sweet tannins. It will improve in the cellar for the next 3-5 years, and we recommend a 2+ hour decant if opened within a year of release." -Winery
