"A creative collaboration between Dunham Cellars Winemakers, Eric Dunham and Daniel Wampfler, and actor Kyle MacLachlan. This third vintage of Syrah from the creative team of Kyle, Eric and Dan really puts our wine vocabulary to the test. Beginning with aromas of cranberry, pomegranate and cherry cola, the first sip brings expressive notes of spicy blackberry jam, vanilla bean, and a dusting of freshly grated cocoa onto the palate. Fine, velvety tannins and vibrant acidity shape this Syrah into something complex, yet approachable. This wine is no baby!"

The inaugural vintage 2008 'Baby Bear' was conceived as a small production Syrah to celebrate the year of my son's birth. This 2009 vintage was bottled on the 1st day of summer after a long hibernation in Taransaud French oak puncheons... this Baby was then awoken from slumber, and is ready to roar!" ~ Kyle - Winery
