He lacks the passionate braggadocio of many of his contemporaries, preferring to sit quietly contemplating the wine in his glass, angled at 30 degrees from his right nostril. Yet, ask him a question, and you will get a well thought out, lengthy answer that seems like it came from a wine textbook.Stefan has the outward appearance and demeanor of a 40 year old Goethe expert.
