The second email will confirm that we have enough wine to fill your order. We're sorry for any inconvenience and will do what we can to fill your order!

Thanks to your feedback we might bring back some of Cinderella Wine's popular previous offers. If a wine makes another appearance here, this newer offer will always be slightly higher than the original one. Offers that are on the site on Friday through Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

Description:

Looking for a top flight Super Tuscan that is ready to drink? This stunning example of Sangiovese shows the true essence of the varietal. Medium to full bodied, with rich, elegant tannins and a long finish. A tremendous wine to drink tonight or over the next few years. Outstanding.

"The 'Etrusco' label was created in 1985, the year of the celebration of the ancient Etruscan people who lived in Tuscany before the Romans. Deep ruby red in color, it has a strong bouquet beginning with dried fruit and vegetal notes and opening into complex aromas of leather, vanilla, cocoa, and liquorice. Velvety, full-bodied, and well-balanced on the palate. Pairs well with Tuscan appetizers, first courses (pasta), 'ribollita' (Tuscan soup), grilled meat, and cheeses." -Importer

More about the winery:
"Cennatoio is a commercial farm run since 1970 by Leandro, Gabriella and, more recently, their son Emiliano Alessi. A certified organic farm, Cennatoio commands a spectacular view of the Chianti countryside with its hills blanketed by vineyards and olive orchards and dotted with churches, castles and scattered stands of oaks. The special character of the soil, which is stony and hard to work, and its exposure to the South, which is ideal for varieties like Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, are important factors in the production of wines that are robust, soft and endowed with the scent of wild fruits.

The premium vineyards at Cennatoio, separated by olive orchards, cover a total of 10 hectares (24.7 acres) and enjoy the South/Southeast exposure on the border between Florence and Siena.

Cennatoio uses a vinification system that respects the local wine making tradition, while at the same time employing the most advanced techniques." - Importer
