The 2011 Adaptation Napa Chardonnay is Chardonnay from the Napa region in California and the ABV is 13.8%. The 2007 Bello Family Napa Cabernet Sauvignon is Cabernet Sauvignon from the Napa region in California and the ABV is 15.5%.

Adaptation is a wine that is sold in the Odette tasting room and after one taste ... we were hooked. We quickly worked out a deal to bring in some of the 2011 Adaptation Chardonnay, and today is our #1 selling Chardonnay!
The 2010 Sbragia Vineyards Merlot is our #1 Merlot. For decades, Ed Sbragia earned his reputation as one of California's most gifted winemakers while serving as Winemaster (that's what they called him) at Beringer Vineyards. The sheer number of great wines made by Sbragia during his 32 year stint at Beringer could fill volumes. While Sbragia's track record of excellence covers many grapes, his resume could support the notion that he is a Merlot specialist. Stylistically and qualitatively, this Merlot will remind you of those of yesteryear -- only the price is much lower!
Last but certainly not least is the 2007 Bello Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon, an epic discovery from one of the greatest vintages in the last decade! As Stephen Tanzer remarked "Good full, deep red. Expressive, evolving nose offers musky redcurrant, mocha, tobacco and loam. Plump, silky and deep, showing an almost confectionery sweetness to the flavors of redcurrant, tobacco, loam and spices.
