This Rioja was "made entirely from white Viura grapes, hand harvested at optimum ripeness. A cold skin maceration produces excellent aromatic extraction and, after pressing the must, is allowed to fall naturally and then fermentation is carried out at cold, controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks, to retain its aromatic freshness.
Pale yellow-green in color, this lovely white wine offers a seductive scent of spring, white flowers, and fresh tropical fruit. On the palate, the wine is balanced and long, with uplifting acidity that gives a feeling of freshness. It's an ideal companion for appetizers, snacks, fish and seafood. Or, you can enjoy it solo." - Winery
