Please note, orders are processed on a first come basis. If you leave the wine in your cart for even a few minutes it might have already sold out as our stock quantity is removed when you submit the order in final, not when you add it to your cart!

You will get two emails from us with regards to your order. The first email from us only confirms that we received your order. The second email will confirm that we have enough wine to fill your order. Due to the high volume of sales there are times when the wine has sold out, but our system is still updating and shows it as available. We're sorry for any inconvenience and will do what we can to fill your order!

Thanks to your feedback we might bring back some of Cinderella Wine's popular previous offers. If a wine makes another appearance here, this newer offer will always be slightly higher than the original one. Offers that are on the site on Friday through Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

Best Price on Web is determined by Wine-Searcher Pro prices as of yesterday: Wine Library sells this for our sale price of $16.99. We are the best and only price on web. You must be logged into the Pro Version of Wine Searcher to see all of the results. Please note, we are not taking virtual inventory into account.

Free shipping on orders of 3 bottles or more!
Please Note it may take 24-48 hours for your order to be put together for store pickup. You'll get an email when it's ready for pick up.

More Ratings:

88 Pts Wine Spectator

"Hints of smoke and chive flower mix with notes of star fruit, cantaloupe, orchard blossom and lemon sorbet in this fresh, balanced version. Drink now through 2015. 100 cases imported. -AN" (10/13)

86 Pts Robert Parker - Robert Parker's Wine Advocate

"The 2012 Friuli Colli Orientali Sauvignon shows upfront herbal characteristics of fresh sage, thyme and dried basil with candied lemon peel and peach. This is a full and generous expression of the grape with sun-ripened fruit, Mediterranean herbs and a strong point of peppermint on the finish. There’s a point of sweetness on the finish. Drink: 2013-2014. -ML" (12/13)

Description:

This incredible white is perfect for the summer! From one of the top producers in Italy, this is a wine you will want to try for yourself and see why everyone is raving!

TASTING NOTES:
"This Sauvignon is straw yellow in color with green reflections. On the nose are aromas of elderberry, sage, and tropical fruit. The palate is soft and full-bodied. Pairs well with omelettes made with aromatic herbs, spinach and ricotta pies, stuffed peppers, eggplant parmigiana, and lobster." -Importer

WINERY:
"Azienda Agricola Poggiobello vineyards are located in a territory internationally recognized as one of Italy’s best for the production of white wine. Over the years, as part of the Le Tenute di Genagricola portfolio of wineries, significant land improvement projects have been made, creation of canals to drain rain water, construction of terraced vineyards and planting of new vineyards. This has allowed Poggiobello to become the largest single-plot winemaking company in the Colli Orientali del Friuli area."

"The company boasts a surface area of 110-hectares, ninety of which host cultivated vineyards. It grows ancient indigenous varieties like Ribolla Gialla, Friulano, Refosco, Verduzzo Friulano and Picolit (of which Poggiobello owns the largest portion of the Colli Orientali Consortium). The company also grows the most known international varieties such as merlot and sauvignon, which have been cultivated in this territory for centuries." -Importer
