Please note, orders are processed on a first come basis. If you leave the wine in your cart for even a few minutes it might have already sold out as our stock quantity is removed when you submit the order in final, not when you add it to your cart!
You will get two emails from us with regards to your order. The first email from us only confirms that we received your order. The second email will confirm that we have enough wine to fill your order. Due to the high volume of sales there are times when the wine has sold out, but our system is still updating and shows it as available. We're sorry for any inconvenience and will do what we can to fill your order!
Thanks to your feedback we might bring back some of Cinderella Wine's popular previous offers. If a wine makes another appearance here, this newer offer will always be slightly higher than the original one. Offers that are on the site on Friday through Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

92 Pts Robert Parker - Robert Parker's Wine Advocate
"One of my favorite value choices over recent vintages, the 2009 Plan de Dieu Cotes du Rhone-Villages looks to be sensational, perhaps even eclipsing the 2007 in terms of intensity, richness, and power. A blend of equal parts Grenache and Mourvedre from very old, organically farmed vines, the wine is aged in neutral wood prior to being bottled unfiltered. Its dense ruby/purple color is followed by aromas of boysenberries, pepper, incense, and fruit. Full-bodied with a lush, opulent texture, superb purity and depth, and abundant power and richness, it is a big (15+% alcohol) as well as rich, pure, elegant red that should be consumed over the next 2-4 years."
"This is the personal project of brilliant winemaking consultant, Philippe Cambie, and his partner, Gilles Ferran." (08/10)

"Deep ruby. Wild, pungent bouquet evokes black and blue fruits, Indian spices, lavender and rose. Sappy and precise, offering seamless black raspberry and boysenberry flavors that are given spine by juicy acidity. Large-scaled but graceful, finishing with suave florality and length. This is southern Rhone enologist Philippe Cambie's personal project." (05/12)
"Calendal is a story of friendship between two men: Philippe Cambie and Gilles Ferran. They studied oenology together more than 20 years ago at the wine university in Montpellier. They shared their love of the terroir of Provence, their love of Grenache and Mourvedre, and mostly their passion for very old vines."
"The name Calendal comes from a Provencal poem by Frederik Mistral. A fisherman, Calendal, is deeply in love with the beautiful Esterelle. Just like the two friends' love for the soil of Provence and its fruits - the wines. This is a blend of 50% Mourvedre
and 50% Grenache from 30-50 year old vines." -Importer
