Please note, orders are processed on a first come basis. If you leave the wine in your cart for even a few minutes it might have already sold out as our stock quantity is removed when you submit the order in final, not when you add it to your cart!

You will get two emails from us with regards to your order. The first email from us only confirms that we received your order. The second email will confirm that we have enough wine to fill your order. Due to the high volume of sales there are times when the wine has sold out, but our system is still updating and shows it as available. We're sorry for any inconvenience and will do what we can to fill your order!

Thanks to your feedback we might bring back some of Cinderella Wine's popular previous offers. If a wine makes another appearance here, this newer offer will always be slightly higher than the original one. Offers that are on the site on Friday through Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

93 Pts Wine & Spirits

"Compelling scents of currants, pine, evergreen and plum lend this such lift, charm, and friskiness it's the sort of wine you'll want to smell for days. The dark currant and plum flavors are nimble but firm, with an ashy core of tannin and the acidity to pair with a charcuterie plate."

"Cabernet Franc is poised to become the flagship red variety of the Finger Lakes. It is particularly well suited to the growing conditions of the Finger Lakes, both in terms of temperature resistance and length of growing season. The vibrant fruit, lively acidity, and earthy and spicy notes are the characteristics of this grape variety; particularly in the Finger Lakes region. With good vineyard practices, a moderate crop load, and gentle winemaking practices, we can consistently make interesting, age-worthy wines with this grape variety."

"The grapes for this wine were all hand-harvested and de-stemmed into open top fermenters. After starting as a whole berry fermentation, multiple daily punch-downs and pump-overs were conducted. The grapes were given more than three weeks of skin contact prior to pressing. At pressing, skins were hand bucketed out to leave behind most of the seeds and sediment and avoid sources of astringency. Malolactic fermentation took place in barrels for improved texture. Prior to bottling, the wine received a slight filtration."

"White Springs (38%), 16 Falls (38%), Hobbit Hollow (14%), Argetsinger (10%) The White Springs vineyard is Honeyoye loam over limestone. 16 Falls and Hobbit Hollow are shale stone vineyards, while the Argetsinger Vineyard is a gravelly soil on limestone bedrock. The 16 Falls vineyard has a lyre trellis system. In the Argetsinger vineyard, Cabernet Franc is grown on the more conventional Vertical Shoot Positioning."

Tasting Notes
"Deep ruby red color with ripe plum and red berry fruit, almost jammy, with spicy and earthy aromas. Full bodied style with very soft texture but good structure."

"Ravines was created by Morten and Lisa Hallgren in 2000. Morten, a French-trained oenologist, came to the Finger Lakes from his familys centuries-old estate in the South of France. He and his wife and business partner, Lisa, convinced of the potential for fine winemaking in the Finger Lakes, opened their original tasting room on 17 acres of sloped, shale stone soils nestled between two deep ravines on Keuka Lake. They focus on making fine, classically-styled wines that allow for the cool-climate characteristics to be shown without compromise-creating their own unique expression within the Finger Lakes wine region."
