"Cherry red with tile red hues. Aromas of ripe red fruit, are perfectly integrated in a bouquet dominated by soft spicy cedarwood. Ample, balanced and round, it has a long and persistent finish." - Winery

Winemaking/Aging:
"Harvested at night to guarantee the grapes arrive in perfect condition to our winemaking facility, the destemmed grapes are then cold macerated and fermented. Once malolactic fermentation concludes, the resulting wine is aged in American oak barriques. 12 months of aging in American White Oak (Ohio and Missouri)." - Winery
