Firm tannins provide the backbone to the fruit. The 2007 impresses for its freshness, vibrancy and fabulous overall balance. Bright, high-toned floral notes add lift on the finish. "Fermentation in steel tanks lasting 11 to 12 days. Pumping over the cap is done for the first 2 days. In a mix of Allier and Slavonian casks for 39 months. It becomes an official Brunello after 5 years, which includes the 6 months of rest in bottle." - Importer
