Cinderella Wine says: Product Details:
Please note, tonight's wine is available on presale and is expected to arrive in mid-November.

Please note, orders are processed on a first come basis. If you leave the wine in your cart for even a few minutes it might have already sold out as our stock quantity is removed when you submit the order in final, not when you add it to your cart!

You will get two emails from us with regards to your order. The first email from us only confirms that we received your order. The second email will confirm that we have enough wine to fill your order. Due to the high volume of sales there are times when the wine has sold out, but our system is still updating and shows it as available. We're sorry for any inconvenience and will do what we can to fill your order!

Thanks to your feedback we might bring back some of Cinderella Wine's popular previous offers. If a wine makes another appearance here, this newer offer will always be slightly higher than the original one. Offers that are on the site on Friday through Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

Best Price on Web is determined by Wine-Searcher Pro prices as of yesterday: Wine Library sells this for our sale price of $13.98. There are 50+ stores that sell this wine from $13.95 to $19.99. You must be logged into the Pro Version of Wine Searcher to see all of the results. Please note, we are not taking virtual inventory into account.

Free shipping on orders of 6 bottles or more!
Please Note it may take 24-48 hours for your order to be put together for store pickup. You'll get an email when it's ready for pick up.

90 Pts Neal Martin - Wine Journal

"The Pierre de Montignac has a nice healthy deep garnet colour. The nose is open and generous with plenty of dark plum and blackberry fruit with hints of brine emerging with time in the glass. The palate is medium-bodied with juicy ripe black fruit with cedar and graphite. This has good structure, plenty of fresh acidity and a crisp lively finish. This is the kind of wine that gives the Cru Bourgeois a good name. Tasted November 2012." (03/13)

"Ripe nose of dried red fruit. Round and generous palate due to the optimum ripeness. Well made. Drink from 2012 to 2020. (YS)" (10/12) - 16+ out of 20 Points, Jancis Robinson's Purple Pages.

"MEDOC: The most famous red wine district in Bordeaux, and possibly the world. The Medoc stretches north west from the city of Bordeaux along the left bank of the Gironde estuary, a virtually monocultural strip of flat, unremarkable land sandwiched between the palus, or coastal marshes, and the pine forests which extend for miles south into the Landes. The vineyard strip is about 5 to 12 km/3 to 8 miles wide, and runs northwards, with various intermissions for scrub, pasture, polder, and river bank, more than 70 km/50 miles from the northern suburbs of Bordeaux to the marshes of the lower, more northerly part of the Medoc, the so-called Bas-Medoc. Wines produced in the Bas-Medoc use the Medoc appellation, while those on the higher ground in the south eastern section are entitled to the Haut-Medoc appellation, although many of them qualify for the smarter individual village, or communal, appellations. From south to north, these are Margaux, Moulis, Listrac, St-Julien, Pauillac, and St-Estephe." - Jancis Robinson, Oxford Companion to Wine
