The second email will confirm that we have enough wine to fill your order. We're sorry for any inconvenience and will do what we can to fill your order!

Thanks to your feedback we might bring back some of Cinderella Wine's popular previous offers. If a wine makes another appearance here, this newer offer will always be slightly higher than the original one. Offers that are on the site on Friday through Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

92 Pts Antonio Galloni - Vinous

"The 2009 Pinot Noir is a juicy, silky wine laced with expressive dark red fruit, flowers and spices. Higher-toned hints of mint and rose petals add lift and freshness throughout. This is an especially gracious, refined Pinot from L'Angevin and proprietors Alan Peirson and Robbie Meyer. I love the class and elegance here. The Pinot is made from 100% destemmed grapes. The fruit is given a 5- to 7-day cold soak after which the fruit is fermented in tank and aged in French oak (45% new) for 19 months. The Pinot is neither fined nor filtered. Anticipated maturity: 2012-2019." (02/12)

90 Pts James Suckling - Jamessuckling.com

"Plenty of cayenne pepper, dried strawberries and roses on the nose follow through to a full body, with soft and silky tannins and loads of fruit. Some would say fruit-forward here but there's a balance and freshness. Finishes with milk chocolate and dried berries. Drink now or hold." (06/12)

Description:

Wine:
"This wine exemplifies Russian River Pinot Noir. Aromas of freshly crushed black cherry, bergamot, black tea leaves, subtle spice and sandalwood interplay with notes of fresh soil and forest floor. An even and smooth entry cascades across the balanced and weighty palate. Hints of white chocolate remain throughout its long and textured finish." - Winery

Vineyard:
"Laughlin Vineyard is low-lying - directly on a tributary of the Russian River - and experiences a great deal of cloud cover throughout the growing season. Grown on alluvial soils, these 40-year old vines are trellised with vertical shoot positioning on a bi-lateral cordon. We nurture these vines through cultural practices such as shoot positioning, leaf removal and fruit thinning, to bring the clusters an optimal balance of sun, shade, and air flow which allows them to properly develop and mature. Generally ripening in mid to late September, we receive approximately 2.5 tons to the acre." - Winery
