Please note, orders are processed on a first come basis. If you leave the wine in your cart for even a few minutes it might have already sold out as our stock quantity is removed when you submit the order in final, not when you add it to your cart!

You will get two emails from us with regards to your order. The first email from us only confirms that we received your order. The second email will confirm that we have enough wine to fill your order. Due to the high volume of sales there are times when the wine has sold out, but our system is still updating and shows it as available. We're sorry for any inconvenience and will do what we can to fill your order!

Thanks to your feedback we might bring back some of Cinderella Wine's popular previous offers. If a wine makes another appearance here, this newer offer will always be slightly higher than the original one. Offers that are on the site on Friday through Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

95 Pts James Suckling - Jamessuckling.com

"A wonderful wine with vibrant fruit and acidity with hints of toasted oak, leather, chocolate and plum character. Full and silky with a pretty finish. Drink or hold." (02/13)

90+ Pts Ian Dagata - Vinous Media

"Bright red. Clove, cinnamon and sage complicate sour red cherry and quinine on the perfumed nose. The bright, fresh palate offers floral red berries and marjoram, finishing with fine, polished tannins and a peppery bite. This was aged in large oak casks." (08/13)

90 Pts Antonio Galloni - Vinous

"The 2007 Brunello di Montalcino Riserva is an immediate, juicy wine with good depth and fine overall balance. Dark fruit, smoke, tobacco and herbs all add complexity on a finish supported by firm yet well-integrated tannins." (09/13)

Description:

"Mature-looking mid ruby with broad brickstone tinged rim. A little grubby on the nose but with air shows savoury meaty and tobacco notes. Acidity keeps it lively, but no great complexity otherwise. Drink from 2013 to 2018. (WS)" (01/13) - 15 out of 20 Points, Jancis Robinson's Purple Pages

Wine:
"Made with 100% Brunello grapes (special selection of Sangiovese). Intense ruby red, tending to garnet with aging. Dry, warm, slightly tannic, robust and harmonious. A wine of high alcohol content suited for long aging, is marketed in the fifth year following the harvest, after spending three and a half years in large oak barrels, followed by at least 4 months of aging in bottle." - Winery

Producer:
"The Lecciaia purchased by Mauro Pacini in 1983, transformed and equipped with the most advanced winemaking techniques, Azienda Agricola is young but in full respect of ancient traditions of Brunello di Montalcino. Situated in the locality Vallafrico the border with the oldest and most prestigious farms in Montalcino , where the particular location, the soil structure and the goodness of the microclimate in the past have allowed the birth of the prestigious Brunello wine."

"It covers 60 hectares including forests, olive groves and 15 hectares of vineyards of which more than half enrolled in the production of Brunello . The rest are dedicated to the production of other wines with structure, character and exceptional taste." - Winery
