You will get two emails from us with regards to your order. The first email from us only confirms that we received your order. The second email will confirm that we have enough wine to fill your order. Due to the high volume of sales there are times when the wine has sold out, but our system is still updating and shows it as available. We're sorry for any inconvenience and will do what we can to fill your order!
Thanks to your feedback we might bring back some of Cinderella Wine's popular previous offers. If a wine makes another appearance here, this newer offer will always be slightly higher than the original one. Offers that are on the site on Friday through Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

"A superb sleeper of the vintage, this seriously endowed blend of 60% Merlot and 40% Cabernet Franc could compete with some of the top Right Bank wines. Its dense ruby/purple color is accompanied by lovely aromas of smoke, black cherries, flowers, licorice, and a hint of blueberries. It boasts a multilayered texture, purity, and ripe, silky tannin. Enjoy this beauty now and over the next 7-8 years." (04/06) |
Description:
"The wine is available in very limited quantities in the U.S. (< 50 cases). Chateau Acappella is a unique, exclusive, artisanal French Bordeaux exhibiting outstanding character. The name Chateau Acappella was created to reflect the singular and sole focus on the fruit & the grape. The wine is produced in very small quantities using traditional methods. It involves meticulous concentration on the vine and the fruit with longer grape maturity, maniacal scrutiny on grape selection including longer harvesting (every grape is picked and destemmed by hand), and longer fermentation in new custom barrels."
"The wine is rarely available in the U.S. and this vintage is on prominent Restaurant Wine Lists in Europe including Restaurant Joel Robuchon au Palace Metropole (Monaco), L'Arpege ( Paris ), and Chateau de la Messardiere (St. Tropez). The winemaker and his wife, Christophe and Beatrice Choisy, previously helped manage their families' vineyards and decided to branch out on their own in a smaller, more focused scale, and are producing an exquisite wine that has quitely attracted the attention of the Bordeaux community and wine critics alike." -Importer
