"A nose of pure pear and apple perfumes, surrounded by notes of fresh cut sugar cane, brown butter, white flowers, vanilla blossoms and a touch of slate minerality. A rich, dense mouthfeel is followed by flavors of pear, white peach and fresh herbs, with lemon zest and white pepper in the long, pure finish. Excellent weight is balanced by crisp acidity making for a powerful wine that isn't heavy or cloying. Best enjoyed in its youth."
