Please note, orders are processed on a first come basis. If you leave the wine in your cart for even a few minutes it might have already sold out as our stock quantity is removed when you submit the order in final, not when you add it to your cart!

You will get two emails from us with regards to your order. The first email from us only confirms that we received your order. The second email will confirm that we have enough wine to fill your order. Due to the high volume of sales there are times when the wine has sold out, but our system is still updating and shows it as available. We're sorry for any inconvenience and will do what we can to fill your order!

Thanks to your feedback we might bring back some of Cinderella Wine's popular previous offers. If a wine makes another appearance here, this newer offer will always be slightly higher than the original one. Offers that are on the site on Friday through Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

93 Pts Wine & Spirits

"Sebastien Gay produced several exceptional 2008s from his family's domaine in the Cote de Beaune, this Beaune-Greves capturing the floral strawberry essence of a great rose Champagne. It's sunny and bright, with strength and length built on vinous tannins that surround the fruit. Those tannins open with air into a woodland festival of mushroom scents, the wine a delicate beauty whose intensity will start to show its best around six to eight years from the vintage." (10/12)

92 Pts Wine Spectator

"Candied berry flavors are backed by stiff tannins in this fruity version. Vivid and taut, featuring a compact finish. The aftertaste stays with you. Best from 2015 through 2032. 25 cases imported. -BS" (06/12)

"When you meet Sebastien Gay, you are instantly charmed...Sebastien is a fifth generation vigneron, but has written enough history at the Domaine to last the next five. The Domaine started outright under Sebastien's father Michel in 1992 with 6.5 hectare of vineyards. Between 1992 and 2004 small parcels were purchased, and in 1996 a new winery was built. The domaine is now 9.5 hectares."

"The holdings are a wonderful collage of the terroirs of the Cote-de-Beaune: the Chorey with its vibrant fruit and sensual character, Aloxe-Corton showing deep mineral and iron ore, a lacey and floral Serpentieres 1er cru from Savigny, and a peek into the very hillsides of Beaune itself with a collection of 1er crus that compete and compliment each other like a band of brothers. Sebastien farms these vineyards organically, following the belief that great wines are made in the vineyard as opposed to the winery. The 40-60+ years old parcels are tended by hand, pruned and undergo multiple green harvests to coax the old vines to concentrate their energy on the select few clusters that remain. Hand harvested, the bunches are sorted out on a conveyer belt before going into fermentation and then transferred to oak barrels for their malolactic fermentation. Only 30% new oak is used - after 18 months the wines are bottled without filtration." -Importer
