Please note, orders are processed on a first come basis. If you leave the wine in your cart for even a few minutes it might have already sold out as our stock quantity is removed when you submit the order in final, not when you add it to your cart!

You will get two emails from us with regards to your order. The first email from us only confirms that we received your order. The second email will confirm that we have enough wine to fill your order. Due to the high volume of sales there are times when the wine has sold out, but our system is still updating and shows it as available. We're sorry for any inconvenience and will do what we can to fill your order!

Thanks to your feedback we might bring back some of Cinderella Wine's popular previous offers. If a wine makes another appearance here, this newer offer will always be slightly higher than the original one. Offers that are on the site on Friday through Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

90 Pts Josh Raynolds - Vinous Media

"Medium red. Fresh red berry and floral scents show good energy and pick up spiciness with air. Bracing redcurrant and bitter cherry flavors show good depth and pick up a smoky nuance with air. Closes bright and long, with lingering spiciness and a touch of gingerbread. This wine shows the raciness of the vintage to good effect." (07/12)

90 Pts Wine & Spirits

"Posh scents of strawberry jam lead into this wine’s generous, ripe strawberry flavors. It feels straightforward and fairly irresistible, with persistent tannins that lend heft. For smoked duck." (04/13)

Description:

Wine:
"Crafted exclusively from estate fruit grown on our Dundee Hills property, this Jeunes Vignes (Junior Vines) bottling showcases the bright, pure fruit of our vineyard site and is made in an elegant, approachable style. Aromas of ripe red raspberries, Bing cherries, floral notes of lilac and violets, barrel spices of cinnamon and clove. The palate features brambleberry flavors, bright acidity and medium tannins with a real purity of red fruit flavors." - Winery

Winemaking:
"The 2010 JV Pinot Noir was de-stemmed into steel fermentation tanks, where it spent 7 to 10 days cold soaking before fermentation began. Approximately half of the Pinot Noir was fermented with native yeasts; the remainder was inoculated with various commercial yeast strains. After fermentation, the wine was put to barrel where it underwent secondary fermentation and aged 10 months prior to bottling." - Winery

Vintage:
"The cool growing season of 2010 delayed harvest by nearly a month until October 18. Luckily, we had a few solid weeks of sunshine leading up to it to push the grapes into the final stages of maturity. The threat of rain and high demand for pickers necessitated a tremendous effort to bring in the fruit as quickly as possible. In just five long days, we picked over 80 percent of our fruit. Because of the cool growing season, the sugar levels in the grapes were lower than average, but the long hang time translated into vibrant, flavorful and balanced wines." - Winery
