Please note, orders are processed on a first come basis. If you leave the wine in your cart for even a few minutes it might have already sold out as our stock quantity is removed when you submit the order in final, not when you add it to your cart!

You will get two emails from us with regards to your order. The first email from us only confirms that we received your order. The second email will confirm that we have enough wine to fill your order. Due to the high volume of sales there are times when the wine has sold out, but our system is still updating and shows it as available. We're sorry for any inconvenience and will do what we can to fill your order!

Thanks to your feedback we might bring back some of Cinderella Wine's popular previous offers. If a wine makes another appearance here, this newer offer will always be slightly higher than the original one. Offers that are on the site on Friday through Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

Description:

"Most simply put: gorgeous. A blend of 94% Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon and 6% Merlot, this wine possesses intriguing aromas of black fruits and dark chocolate with subtle hints of anise and sweet mint. With its generous palate of forward ripe flavors and fine tannin, this wine is a beauty." -Winery

WINERY:
"In August 2006, six years after we submitted our design to the Napa County Planning Department, we finally completed our winery. A simple, yet beautiful, state of the art redwood structure houses stainless steel tanks, a destemmer, a press, and all sorts of other ridiculously expensive equipment. The winery leads to a 6,000 square foot cave which was drilled into the hillside under Block 3 of our vineyard. The caves provide a cool, energy efficient, humid space for barrel ageing our wines. The winery and caves have become the perfect home for our grapes, the wine, and all of us here at Jericho Canyon Vineyard."

"Our goal each vintage is to make a wine that is true to Jericho Canyon Vineyard. Looking for maximum flavors, we work closely with our winemakers to determine when to pick the grapes. Because of our hillside location in the canyon, the grapes typically ripen later than the fruit on the valley floor. This means we often let the fruit hang into late October or early November. Although this heightens the stress for us, it allows the grapes additional time to develop the flavors which distinguish Jericho Canyon Vineyard wines." -Winery

VINEYARDS:
"We planted Cabernet Sauvignon in 1990 and Merlot and Cabernet Franc in 1993. In the early years, we sold our fruit to a variety of wineries including Chateau Montelena, Sterling Vineyards, and Clos du Val. It was not until 1998, however, that we were finally confident we were producing the highest quality fruit. We began selling our grapes to Rudd Estate, which produced a vineyard designate wine that was very well received by the critics. From 2001-2005 our fruit went to Ramey Wine Cellars, which produced a much sought after Jericho Canyon vineyard designate wine. Winemaker David Ramey also produced an ultra premium wine for our own label, Jericho Canyon Vineyard." -Winery
