"History of Erbice Villa comes from far away, when grandpa Narciso began producing wine in the far 1870. The name Villa Erbice is determined by the prestigious company's historic headquarters, located in a 17th-century villa of important historic significance. Here the family Erbice started to produce wines of excellent quality, always coming from grapes of its own vineyards."
"The vineyard, about 13 ha., of which 1,40 Soave Superiore DOCG has and the remainder to Valpolicella DOC, is located in the municipality of flat bricks at an altitude that varies from 250 mt to 450 mt s.l.m. It is cultivated in respect of the environment and its integrity, favouring the use of natural pesticides, such as copper and sulfur: additionally all production processes take place at hand. The cellar is organized in the traditional way and provides for the fermentation of the grapes on the skins in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature; the ageing of wines in barriques from 225 lt.
