"It is produced by blending the best grapes of 'Bombino bianco', a vine of the ancient tradition of Romagna. It is pale green with straw yellow color. It has a delicate and persistent scent and the flavour is pleasant and harmonious with an aftertaste slightly bitterish. It goes well with all kinds of fish and white meat courses; it is also a pleasant aperitif." -Winery
