The second email will confirm that we have enough wine to fill your order. Due to the high volume of sales there are times when the wine has sold out, but our system is still updating and shows it as available. We're sorry for any inconvenience and will do what we can to fill your order!

Thanks to your feedback we might bring back some of Cinderella Wine's popular previous offers. If a wine makes another appearance here, this newer offer will always be slightly higher than the original one. Offers that are on the site on Friday through Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

88 Pts David Schildknecht - Robert Parker's Wine Advocate

"Parce's 2005 Collioure Clos du Moulin offers archetypal Mourvedre scents of beef blood and lay leaf, with humus like suggestions of 'clean' earthiness. On the palate, this offers a striking combination of low-toned, predominantly carnal flavors with juicy freshness, polished texture, and a surprising sense of lightness. Finishing brightly, with a tang of the sea and a tart note of fruit skin, what this lacks compared with the best of Mas Blanc's Collioure bottlings is a bit more complexity and sheer concentration. It should probably best be enjoyed over the coming 2-3 years."

"Jean-Michel Parce's barrel regimen here required some explanation, after I was offered samples of 2007s, one of which was to my surprise entirely dominated by new wood. It transpires that certain specific barrels of Collioure Cosprons are selected by the U.S. importer - none of them new - whereas there is a single assemblage of all barrels of the other two crus, of which my samples had not been representative. Armed with that information, I was able to achieve from barrel a close approximation to the wines that will eventually appear in the U.S. market, and on which my notes and ratings are based. Parce considers 2007 an exceptional vintage, on a par with 2001 in his estate's recent history." (06/09)

"A muscular, sinewy red, with concentrated red cherry, plum and pepper flavors. Intense licorice and spice notes fill the finish. Drink now through 2012. 60 cases imported. -KM" (2008)

"The vines for Clos du Moulin are located in the commune of Banyuls, along the La Baillery river. A gravelly soil of coarse schist, planted with Mourvedre and extends over 2 hectares. The grapes are destemmed, with punch downs and maceration over a period of 18 days. The wine is aged in 3 year old barriques for one year." -Winery; translated by KM

"Around 1685, the Parce family moved to the commune of Banyuls. In 1910, the grandfather Gaston Parce, the town doctor, married Pauline Villarem, from a Catalan family who also owned vineyards since 1639. This marriage marks the beginning of Domaine du Mas Blanc with the construction of a wine cellar. His grandson, Jean Michel Parce, started working at the winery in 1976 and has been an active part of the local grower's group. The cellar has been recently renovated and the winery uses "la culture raisonnable" in the vineyards." -Winery; translated by KM
