Acid, tannin, alcohol, fruit expression, oak influence, age worthiness, and food friendliness are all key areas where we seek to strike the right balance. A fulcrum is a point of balance for a lever. Leveraging the best wine out of the finest grapes while maintaining a wines balance is a great metaphor for what Fulcrum is all about."
