Please note, orders are processed on a first come basis. If you leave the wine in your cart for even a few minutes it might have already sold out as our stock quantity is removed when you submit the order in final, not when you add it to your cart!
You will get two emails from us with regards to your order. The first email from us only confirms that we received your order. The second email will confirm that we have enough wine to fill your order. Due to the high volume of sales there are times when the wine has sold out, but our system is still updating and shows it as available. We're sorry for any inconvenience and will do what we can to fill your order!
Thanks to your feedback we might bring back some of Cinderella Wine's popular previous offers. If a wine makes another appearance here, this newer offer will always be slightly higher than the original one. Offers that are on the site on Friday through Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

92 Pts Antonio Galloni - Robert Parker's Wine Advocate
"Porro's 2004 Barolo Vigna Lazzairasco reveals greater depth, definition and richness in its aromas and flavors than the Santa Caterina. This deeply-layered Barolo possesses the hallmark Serralunga notes of tar, menthol, licorice and dark fruit. The wine's concentration balances the firm tannins nicely. Though not a showstopper today, this wine has all of the ingredients to develop into a gem with bottle age. Anticipated maturity: 2011-2022."
"Guido Porro, a small artisan producer based in Serralunga, is a terrific source for traditionally-made Barolos that remain exceptionally well-priced. I was very impressed with the 2004s when I tasted them from cask, and they are just as good now that they are in bottle." 92 points - Antonio Galloni - Wine Advocate
"Maceration in cement vats 20-25 days; pumping over 3-4 times daily, three years in 15- to 25-hl Slavonian oak botti, both vineyards in the Lazzarito cru of Barolo, Lazzairasco: 380 m altitude; SW exposure, Santa Caterina: 400-410 m altitude; W exposure, the difference between the Barolos is due primarily to the ages of the vines." -Importer
"Reviews and notes on Guido Porro regularly refer to him as 'under the radar': the wines he makes are worthy of a stellar reputation, but he is too easygoing and unassuming to worry about whether the general wine-drinking public recognizes his name. He rarely bothers to send samples to wine writers. Guido is the fourth generation at an estate that has always been passed from father to son, and although fifth-generation Fabio hasnât reached middle school, he is already showing a keen curiosity in the family business. The Porros continue to work just as their predecessors did - the only major change over the last few decades has been the decision to bottle at the estate instead of selling the wine in demijohns or barrels - and they like to keep things simple and down to earth." -Importer
