Please note, orders are processed on a first come basis. If you leave the wine in your cart for even a few minutes it might have already sold out as our stock quantity is removed when you submit the order in final, not when you add it to your cart!

You will get two emails from us with regards to your order. The first email from us only confirms that we received your order. The second email will confirm that we have enough wine to fill your order. Due to the high volume of sales there are times when the wine has sold out, but our system is still updating and shows it as available. We're sorry for any inconvenience and will do what we can to fill your order!

Thanks to your feedback we might bring back some of Cinderella Wine's popular previous offers. If a wine makes another appearance here, this newer offer will always be slightly higher than the original one. Offers that are on the site on Friday through Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

90 Pts Antonio Galloni - Robert Parker's Wine Advocate

"The estate's 2003 Montepulciano d'Abruzzo Bellovedere is a big, concentrated wine made in an opulent, full-bodied style loaded with tar, smoke, licorice, smoke and ripe dark cherries. It offers outstanding length on the palate, even if the tannins clamp down on the finish. This doesn't look to be an especially long-lived wine but it should drink beautifully for another decade or so. The wine saw 30 days of maceration on the skins in open-top wood vats followed by 18 months in French oak. Anticipated maturity: 2009-2018." -90 points - Antonio Galloni - Wine Advocate

WINE:
"Harvested in late October, maceration and fermentation for about 30 days in Slavonian oak open conical vats. Malolactic fermentation and subsequent ageing partly in barriques and partly in Slavonian oak vats for about 18 months. Final ageing in concrete vats followed by racking and bottling without filtering."

"Vibrant dense red in colour with wild berries and ripe red fruit on the nose and a lingering hint of spice. The palate is stylish, velvety, almost creamy, compact with tannic structure that blends nicely with the alcoholic component. Firm-bodied with excellent balance of alcohol, freshness and tannins. Alluring hints of red berry fruit, spice and rhubarb, leading into a very long sweet finish." -Winery

WINERY:
"La Valentina Farm was born on the hills overlooking Spoltore, which is near Pescara in Central Italy, in 1990. The owners, Sabatino, Roberto e Andrea Di Properzio, have been running the company since putting their development project into action in 1994. After the first few years spent studying the Santa Teresa vineyard, their continuous efforts to keep improving quality and to achieve recognition for the high-quality D.O.C. wines from the Abruzzo region have become the principal goals in the company philosophy." -Winery

This wine also scored 87 points in the Wine Spectator.
